UBB.Developers Forums UBB.threads 7 Development How Do I? [6.3.0] Avatar problem?

I've been sent a few PM's now from members complaining that they can't select an avatar. So I've gone in their profiles and low and behold the UBB has automatically checked the box "User may not change this avatar."

So i went browsing through random member numbers and quite a few profiles had this box checked, but not ALL of them.. 1 in every 4 had been checked. Is this a known bug and is there a known fix? None of the hacks that have been installed have touched the avatar settings other than MegaMod to my knowledge..

hmmm... sounds like a bug, what version are you running?

You might try upgrading to the latest released code, lots of bugfixes went into 6.3.1 and 6.3.1.1

Ok, thanks Allen..
We've just upgraded from 6.2.1.1, we did go to 6.3.1 originally but had a few problems, so then went to 6.3.0 and everything ran fine. I'll set a 6.3.1.1 up on the server, fully hack it and then upload the files I guess..

Well Beyond Compare could be easier, but I understand it could be hard to use.
