Do I have to know a lot about cgi and perl before I can set up the UBB? I want to buy it to add it to my website but I am not sure if I will be able to set it up and even run it, is it really hard to use?

Please help me out here... laugh

Easy peasy, and installing some of the hacks is just as easy. Everything has good instructions.
