I don't know if anyone else has this problem but on my UBB when I view a members IP address they are always the same!

they are most likly on a dsl,cable,t1 or t3 line
I know dsl and cable ip addresses dont change

The IP address is always 127.0.0.1

127.0.0.1 is the adress for the machine the server runs on. It's the loopback to localhost. It just means that you or the person posted the message from localhost.
