In my infinite wisdom i decided to move my UBB with 22,000 posts and 1041 members.

I coppied my entire UBB and moved it to another folder and made sure it worked. Then i followed the instructions to update to the UBBGold.

I done this but now when i try and look at a forum i get a Software Error.

dude i get exact same error...whenever you replace ur new files with old, it phucks the permissions, and then u cant do nothin about it, at least for me, i moved my members folder to my new UBB but i couldnt make any profile changes, that was the error that i got....even if u chmod it again it wont work ;[

Good its not just me then.

i know it drives me crazy too.....
