hey, i'm trying to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.01, but how do i do it with hacks installed? i assume i'll loose them all and have to reinstall them, but do i replace all the CGI files with the new ones so i don't have 1/2 hacks floating around? and how do i keep my settings and styles after upgrade?

If you don't upload your variable files, you won't lose any of the style settings. I don't think any upgrades have ever called for reuploading variable files, so you're pretty safe there.
You should upload all the changed CGI files & template files, and then rehack the ones that need changed to include the hacks you want.
