I'm on a network that only backs up the files every week, so I'd like to be able to make a backup in the middle of the week from home, through my modem. Therefore I wonder if there's an easier way to back everything up than downloading the whole thing (the "cgi" and "non-cgi" directories).

There really isn't an easier way that I know of, but maybe someone else has some suggestions for you...?

Maybe I should use some kind of syncronization program? Well, thanks anyway!
