hi there,
just made an upgrade to 6.01 and trying to start the cp.cgi shows following error:
Software error:
Can't locate /disk33/user/public_html/userbin/vars_wordlets_img.cgi in @INC (@INC contains: /vhmap/e/l/e/myesite.com/userbin /opt/gnu/lib/perl5/sun4-solaris/5.00404 /opt/gnu/lib/perl5 /opt/gnu/lib/perl5/site_perl/sun4-solaris /opt/gnu/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /vhmap/e/l/e/mysite.com/userbin/cp.cgi
line 89.

when trying to open ultimatebb.cgi, another error shows up, telling nearly the same like written above.

i do not have the file "vars_wordlets_img.cgi" in my userbin-folder; i didn't delete any files on the server and used to have beta7.2 before running...

any ideas smirk ?

yours,
chris

Hey Chris, sounds like you didn't upload all your new vars files... check the ones you have and upload the new ones. That one was added... plus a couple others.

Users, NEVER install a system using the 'www.digiweb.com'-Provider: the server is slow as hell and using two different ftp-accounts causes weird and heavy problems:

i DID upload all necessary files into the correct folder, chmoded it and a few hours later i checked all the files and because of the ftp-mismatch of digiweb.com the files haven't been stored correctly :-(

Now everything works fine, but I'm getting rid of digiweb.com :-(

Thanks for your help,
chris http://technoforum.de
