intalation difficulty

um, this isn't for V6, its for 5.47b

anyway heres the problem:

i upload all the files as directed, but when i go to edit the variable files through the control panel it gives me this error

i've installed this version of the board before and have never run into this error, can anybody help?

btw. i'm using cuteftp 4.2
