It seems that infopop is release the new upgrade very soon, I just upgraded from UBB 6.01 to 6.02, now 6.03 had been released, which means I had to re-hack all the files again. Isn't this very troublesome to us?

6.03 is suppose to be the last release until 6.1.
You hack at your own risk. You assume all liability. That's not Infopop's problem, its yours so accept it.

did anyone notice the ultimatebb.cgi in the zips in distributions of the new build on infopops members section is corrupt or is it just me.

I have two comments here. First of all, any hacking of the files that is done is done at your own risk. IP is not responsible for your hacking needs, and they don't have to adjust their software to suit you. Also, if you don't like it so much, why not just stop upgrading, or find a different way to upgrade while keeping the hacks. (There is a way to do it, it's not very hard.)
Second, to Asendin, if you've ever read the license agreement before, you'd know that people aren't allowed to distribute files with the UBB code in them to other people. Just use your member's area name and password to download the latest version. It works fine for me...

As Matt said, upgrading while keeping your hacks is SSSOOOOO easy. Just use "Beyond Compare." And LOL@Charles. Daftness can be quite humorous, can not it?
