do you how to disable meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"? Or how to make it Chinese traditional viewable? I changed change ISO-8859-1 to big5, but it just doesn't work.

Set your Standard Style's Character Set to "BIG5" without quote.
