When I try to register as a member this error occurs:
Undefined subroutine &main::CheckForExistingNames called at /usr/home29/cheung/public_html/cgi-bin/ubb/ubb_registration.cgi line 295.

It sounds like you didnt upload a file with the new UBB 6.04d subs in it. Compare ubb_lib.cgi to a new one.
