1) what was the big security hole that was upgraded?
2) which files were changed? i dont want to replace all my files..

To see what files were changed and where just get Beyond Compare (url: http://www.scootersoftware.com ). I managed to upgrade from 6.04b to 6.04d in about fifteen minutes.
