http://www.2wia.f2s.com/forums/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi I dont have any hacks installed, and only 3 members...I'm trying to set everything up before showing everyone I've intended to sign up. What I need to know is, what files to i need to replace? My friend says "JUST the cgi, leave the vars" but I dun wanna mess up and have to start over... Can someone help me with this?

well then your friend is a smart kid. If you didnt replace any pictures, i would upload everything but variables. do NOT upload variables whatever you do.
