hey hey

well, currently, my board is ran on a hypermart server

i want to transfer it to a netfirms server, but when i attempt to transfer the board, a lot of error messages are listed

i logged into my FTP and downloaded all of the files..

I logged into my other server account and uploaded all of the files and CHMODed Properly (im pretty sure of)

but i cant even log into the CP to change my direct paths

what can i do to change my boards servers w/o starting all over?

I figured this would go in the installation forum, because this does concern re-installing my board

please help, as im in need

could be it that you downloaded the .cgi files in binary mode instead of ASCII ?

thats the thing..

i use cute ftp a lot, but im still not for sure what the difference between binary and ACII is...

how would i go about changing/checking it..

thanks for your help, i finally figured it all out

i chmod my CGI-BIN, BUT i didnt chmod my files inside of it...i forgot you had to do them seperately...

but i finally got it working, thanks
