I recently had to do a host switch. I downloaded all the files in my UBB directory.
When I finished re-uploading everything and chmoding everything I saw that for some reason the Forums summary page was not appearing. See link...
http://forums.zollonet.com/pa/ultimatebb.cgi All files are accounted for. When I go into Forum Setting in the CP all my forums appear normal. When I try to add forums they appear in the CP but not on the page. If anyone could provide a resolution to my problem I would be extremely grateful.
