You guys are more clued in than I am -- what's the speculation about the timing on 6.1? I have a board that is still running 5.39 (way back!) and is scheduled to be updated this summer during late July. From reading various files, I'm not sure whether I need to update to something interim to hop up to 6 or what (so if you have guidance there, please rsvp) -- but I hate to do it, then feel like I really should have waited another month.
Thanks! Marianne

I have read before that most people should update to 5.47e (the latest v5), then up to the latest v6 version, can be done in the same day and doesn't take very long if your forum isn't huge If you plan to update late July, 6.1a should be ready by then

6.1, eh? Hmm.. I guess I will wait until I upgrade from 6.04c then. Thanks Allen for the info!

Also, FYI, the server load and I/O is reduced heavily.
