tonight i decided to upgrade to 6.1 beta 1.4 from 6.04. I followed all the directions correctly, ascii everything, chmodded correctly and im getting a 500 error. What the hell did I do wrong? please help me asap, for this is driving me nuts! thanks in advance!

well i have no idea how i did this but i somehow got into my cp, but im now getting this error...

You most likely have added extra profile fields in your 6.05 version.

Go into ubb_lib_files and find:

my $maxmemfields = 31; #total fields permitted in member file

Change that to whatever # profile fields ou actually have. If you've added the calendar modification it will be 55.

I did it just this past week.. took me an hour to figure out I forgot to bump the profile fields for the new install laugh
