Hi there,

Sorry if this is the wrong place, but we are contemplating moving up from 6.0.4f to 6.2.2, and are wondering what the ramifications will be on our multitude of mods.

Is this upgrade easy to "surgically install", allowing us to integrate it with our mods, or will it require us to re-install all of the modifications we have added into 6.2.2?

This is not a "beyond compare" type of upgrade. The changes are far too numerous to even contemplate it. Your best bet is to upgrade and rehack.

I thought 6.2.2 isn't out yet? only the beta testers have the version? Or is he thinking about upgrading when it comes out?

It is the same as upgrading to 6.2.x as the changes are too dramatic no matter which of the 6.2 variants we're talking about.
