The file you want is in Templates - it's public_common.pl
The whole top part is found under $standard_title_table (line 190 in my file, yours might be different).
In that section, the links are all included in the tag $MainButtonsLine.
You will probably also want to modify the $search_standard_title_table
If you only want to edit the $MainButtonsLine, that code is towards the end of the file (line 672 in my file, yours might be different)
