Download a full copy (not the upgrade) and decompress the zip. In the help directory you should find the move instructions.

Just slinging the files from one server to another doesn't usually work right.

Do you have a copy of the original zip files from Infopop for the version you have? The move documents and files should be located in it.

No, Oscar (owner) cant find them anywhere.. If I(or he does) call info pop will they send him the org. files?

A few people and I played with it last night this was the only error we got.... This error happend both when signing up a new user(even thought the new user still was able to register) and happens when sending a private MSG...

I think you could fill out a support ticket at Infopop to get another copy of the zips from before your member's area access run out.

It's been over 1 year since we bought it, And Allen A. from here helped me set it up. I'll drop Allen A. a line to see what I can do.

WERE is the link to this infopop support ticket ?

Came up with 8 topics under the new members forum.... the first 5 just said the usual get the upgrade deal.. the 6th one had some very good info... here it is incase someone needs it...

https://ubbdev.com/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=26;t=001933

I enabled html email instead of text only(text only was enabled).. This fixed both problems( private msg and the registration), and it seems to be working... Man am I glad you dont purge files in this place.... laugh laugh

Oscar is going to work on getting a back up copy
Thanks for the help...
