You'll need the forum numbers for all your forums I think Is there a reason you wouldn't want them all to display? When you upgrade to 6.4, you'll be able to take advantage of the ubb accelerator and the pagination that's been done in the versions since you last upgraded. Your server load will drop a bit with just that one change We're doing that here (displaying all topics regardless of the user's choice) for that reason - Allen - What Drives You?

Delw Member Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 112 az	Allen. we want the http://www.huntandlodge.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?category=3 to be able to be viewed by anyone at anytime. 20 days from now (thats what are default is set for) they will not be viewable unless the user changes the Show topics from xxx.... What would happen if we displayed them all now(on our version 6.04d) would it slow the board up? Delw

LK Admin / Code Breaker Joined: Mar 2001 Posts: 7,394	I don't have 6.04d so I might be wrong with my instructions, but try the following in ubb_forum.cgi: Code Find: my $extension = ""; Add above: $user_topic_view = "1000" if ($in{f} =~ m/^(66\|67\|69\|70)$/); If you can't find that portion of code or what I said doesn't change anything, I suggest you to upgrade to the latest version you can. The code in "Find" portion was taken from 6.2.1.2, but if you upgrade to it we should also update ultimatebb.php...

This was all I found. I will look around at some other files and see if I can find some things.
