As for your advanced ubb code mod, I'd recommend against any 'embed' code as it wasn't safe when I checked it out, tho it might be better now. You'd do well to not use a signature file with sound, as it will load at different times And, as you've found out, some files will completely lock your browser if your browser or the server serving the files is not setup correctly for them.

For the AUC question...i tried to remove the hack to get the forum working. I obtained this: my signatures were showed in normal topic but not in stickies. And the sound flash problem were always there...so these two problems weren't born after the AUC install. By the other hand, no more freezes.

What can I do to solve these two remaining problems?

Sticky signature problem - get a clean ubb_forum.cgi and re-do all the hacks there... Or if you have beyond compare , compare the differences and see what you did wrong. It seems like you overwrote something...

No way, the sticky add-ons in ubb_forum.cgi are the same...no overwriting...
