It seems that the original 11 are in the noncgi folder and I can't seem to get the ones in my graemlins folder to show up. Has something changed that I need to know to make these work?

You sure that the custom graemlins are in your noncgi/graemlins folder?
Also have you added them in the control panel?

It was a slip, I over wrote the vars_graemlins file.
