I've noticed that variable such as: $status $user_status $profile[8] $user_profile[8] $pubname $username Do not work inside public_common.pl (but work in almost in every other .pl file)? How do I go about having those variables recognized in public_common.pl?

All of those can be used by inserting two lines: [code][/code]After that you'll be able to use the $user_profile array.

Thanks for replying CTM. I think the code I was trying to do wouldn't have worked. LOL. I'll try the codes you posted and update you as I make progress.
