The only graphic that I saw was "Gradient Bars", What I'm looking for is the blue ranks with light running from left to right. These lights was continously running.

I think I know what's up... In your profile, change your default topic view to "Show All Topics" (since there isn't a dropdown box on the DB any more). You'll probably see them all then.
