You deleted a member (or a member file became corrupted) while that member was online. You can clear the PNTF datafile if the error persists.

UBB.classic: Love it or hate it, it was mine.

I got that same error a couple weeks ago, and that's how I fixed it. Charles, is there anyway a newer version could address this? Because if you delete a person who's online, it renders the board inoperable (ultimatebb.cgi at least) until it's fixed, which could be a while for some people. Maybe something like deleting a member would reset the Who's online. Also, could you make it so Board records isn't automatically cleared with the list, cause some people are proud of having 400 online and don't wanna lose that.

Thanks Charles smile

I noticed that when I ran the CP Maintenance, everything was fine. It must have gotten corrupted, because I've never deleted anyone. Just out of curiousity, what is a PNTF datafile & how do I clear?

whever you see "PNTF", think Recent Visitors. You go into where you enable Recent visitors, and go down to where is says clear it. I think it's in the same dropdown menu as avatars and titles
