I really like the new topic wizard for adding new mods on this site. I did a search but couldn't find anything related to it. Does a mod exist anywhere so that I could add this feature, or something similar, to my site?
I appreciate any help you can give.

It wasn't released, although I believe all it is is editing public_new_topic.form and ubb_new_topic.cgi
