Once in a while when I or a member attempt to login to my forum (UBB v6.40), we get the following below error. To correct it, I normally just go to the Control PanelAdditional SettingsRecent Visitors Settings & put a tick mark into Reset Record & Reset Recent Visitors Log. But I'm really tired of constantly doing this. Is there something else I can do to prevent this error from happening again? Thank You!  quote:

- Stop deleting members
- Reset Recent Visitors Log and Record
- Upgrade to 6.7.1

Hello Curtis, what they meant to say a little more diplomatically is that was a bug in the 6.4 series, you really can't do anything about it except upgrade to a newer version. 6.7.1 is the latest version and Charles Capps has done a great job of improving the code and adding features since 6.4. Check the thread in 'chit chat' to see what's been added since 6.4.
