we have a website with about 2000 members on it.
One of the discussion forums gets a little heated at times. and some members get pretty carried aways and become ruthless in name calling ad stuff. I want to be able to give them a time out from that particular forum for a while(cool off time)
I want to make that particular forum where you need permission to post or reply(which is no problem) the problem is how do I get give everyone access at once with out going through every single member one by one.
Hope I explained this good enough.

I like the strike mod for this issue  ... If they messd up admin/mods can strike them; 3 strikes and their bannes for a specified amount of time

I like that also, but I would like it to be just for that section and not the whole board. I wonder of there is a way to modify that strike mod. so it works just for one section.

Best bet is asking on the mod's page; easier to get help from users runing it hehe...

Its no biggy right now. I installed that strike mood and I really like it.
