I am using ver 6.4. I have one member that has been using the site for quite sometime with no problems. All of a sudden he can't open a topic. He says the page just keeps trying to load. He has no problem with viewing a forum, Just the Topics. I see no problem with the site,
Is there something I can suggest to the member to try to help him out?
There is no such thing as stupid questions.
Just stupid answers.

tell him to log out and try. it could be cookie related.
if not that, tell him to try in a different browser.
has the forums slowed recently? that could be another thing
