Hi UBBers,
I recently inherited a ubb install so I'm mostly a newbie. Problem is that my client somehow promoted the wrong link in a blog/online ad/etc so they're hoping to put a link at the bottom of this wrong topic that says "Looking for X? Click here" - that is an href to go to the right topic.
Of course they don't want this link on every topic. Is there a way to do a custom footer or something similar? Suggestions welcome.
UBB version is UBB.classic™ 6.7.3 running on linux.
Any ideas/feedback would be helpful.
Thanks, JK

the easiest way to handle that would be to edit the topic to add a pointer to the correct place

i agree, editing post #1 in that thread would be the easiest solution (or if the link in questiong oes to a specific post, then edit that post)
