i am unable to log in to the control panel of my site

error is : No member profile found for member number: '00000001 '

ive searched this site and found a few similar posts with no real response on what to do...

yes i have posted a support ticket and am waiting, until them im trying to figure it out on my own..

infopop mentions an external member rebuild program... does anyone have a copy of this..?>

what version are you running?

You could manually re-create the file and the edit the memberslist and emaillist to add yourself back in. Rebuild members afterwards

dont know if you remember me, i havent been around for a few years or so.. kudos to you that my membership here is still valid..

i run www.farts.com 6.3.0.1 and
www.pokemon-trading-cards.net running ubb.threads

i just got back on the scene and am planning on upgrading the farts site to the latest threads version
