How can i give my Moderators FULL access to the CP like Admins get? What files do i need to edit and in which places? Thanks James

Whats the point letting them have admin access, but not the title?
I don't see the point in this. Giving them access is still giving them admin powers, but without the title?
Just do what qasic said and make them admins. But if you really don't want the title (I really don't see a point in that), then use Qasic's custom rank/status modification and give them a personal custom title that will override the admin title.

If you are using 6.1.0.3, you dont need the custom status hack, you can override it in their user profile
