I want it that i can ban with these adresses:
kbl-gs3402.zeelandnet.nl
213-84-239-64.adsl.xs4all.nl
I think it should be a good way cause most dialups also keep the same. i'd really like it if somebody knows how to do this (6.20 plz)

Mjah, ik heb het zelf al geporbeerd maar ben niet echt ver gekomen, wel heb ik al een hackje gemaakt waarmee je die adressen kan zien als je op ip logged klikt

Do a lookup here: http://www.arin.net/whois/arinwhois.html for the ip addresses of those domains and ban those in your control panel.
