I would love a hack that allows people to sign up to enter a private forum, so you could set it so that they agree to terms and conditions and it goes into a queque, you ok them and they are granted access to that forum.

I'd even be willing to pay a bit of $$ for it.

Corona already made this hack, well sorta, its the application forms hack. You might want to check that out and see if it fits your needs.
