There used to be a hack for it but the link is down. I hardly do it but if you have to download the member file off the FTP and change the number you'll find a few lines down to the count you want.

It's on line number 8 in the member profiles.
Assuming you read the profile into an array named myprofile, it'd be: $myprofile[7].

Also, I don't think it's a wise idea to change the post count, since the information for each post is stored elsewhere (Members/user_posts, if memory serves), and I'm not quite sure if UBB would like having two different total post counts for your member. :rolleyes:

It won't care - the two are never compared in the first place...

I think I'll port the Via CP hack one. I think I still have it on my HD even though the link is down.

I wasn't sure, so thanks for shedding some light on the stuff for me.

Then it's pretty easy:

Add a new field into the Control Panel template for editing the profiles, and add two lines to cp_users.cgi (if memory serves).

This is the 6.2 version of the hack which would still work on 6.3
Find the section which is the stuff about changing post count, hack the files, upload and you're set.

Simply go in 'View/Edit Member Records' click the profile you want to change the post count for and your there..

I had no idea it had already been created for 6.2 o_O
