Nope, but it isn't so hard to do.
You could, for example, create a new file named "spammers.cgi" and save it in your Members directory, then write the user numbers in it of your little spammers (each on it's own line).
Then, in ubb_new_reply.cgi and ubb_new_topic.cgi find:

Above you could add a little check to see if this member matches one of your spammers, something like:

</pre></div></div>Immediately after you'll see:<br><div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Code</div><div class="ubbcode-body ubbcode-pre" ><pre>
Replace with:
[code]
That should do the trick.
Uhm, I haven't tested it, and I used UBB v6.3 for reference, but I don't think there are any major differences.
And as always, backup the files before you start modifying!
