Using LK -
Instant Message 1.2 And The MemberList Hack.
When a user clicks on the memberlist and the icon is showing that the user is online,
That could be a link to send IM.

Just link it to the IM link on your forum. (Through ubb_memberlist.cgi I think)

ohh ok, I seen the gif in public_memberlist.pl,
And just made that link to the IM page.
I guess this is ok,
