OK, we can now “mass move” and we can “prune.” What we can not do is mass delete or mass edit inside a topic. Why would you want this...?

You have a product related ubb where people ask technical questions (cars, boats, software, pictures, what ever). This info does not really go out of date so you want to archive the info into forums that can be read but not posted to. This way, people can read something along the lines of FAQ forums.

It always happens that in a topic you get good replies and “bad ones.” By bad I mean replies that have bad info or do not relate to the topic. So, we would like to “prune” out the junk topics in a forum, then go in to “mass edit” the topics, then “mass move” what’s left.

The mass edit feature can use the same format as the other two. Push the “mass edit” button and all the posts in that topic come up with a little check box next to it. Uncheck the box to keep it and check it to delete it. Right now it is still way too painful trying to edit, so mass move is a waste on our forums.
