Yay I finally finished the first task and got 168 points, and it says 1 days 16 hr 56 min 3 sec.
So do I get a blue avatar now?

Hehe, LD told me that if I would've had a good computer using this I would've got like a 1000 points instead of the 168 I got.

ugh... M_E_W, your results aren't showing up yet. Can you email me a screen shot of what you are seeing? You've waited soooooo long for your first result but I have to be fair... (otherwise we'll just have to wait for an update, sorry.)

That can't be possible. I've had my Agent uninstalled for a little bit because I want to find out what's causing all these Windows errors I'm getting.

My computer has also crashed some times because of this program some months ago so I stopped it, and because of some other problems I've formatted my computer, and since then it works fine [ 12-29-2001 01:15 AM: Message edited by: LK ]

I had a fresh install of Windows XP three days ago, then it blue screened me on startup and wouldn't budge. Now on another fresh install of XP, I'm being very careful with what I install. In fact, so far, I've only installed Instant Messenger and all the updates from Windows Update.

Be careful and make sure you can System Restore It installed the incorrect display driver and when I restarted the computer, it couldn't load Windows. I entered Safe Mode and chose to restore to a few days before.

Not a single crash yet, which is good. Maybe I'll get adventurous and install my software programs tomorrow. Maybe not, who knows?

XP's all very nice, but these blue screens remind me all too much of the windows 95 days! They sucked! I went back to win2k for a month before I came back to XP, still crossing my fingers this time! The only bad thing about XP is it doesn't give you manual control of the speedstep function on the mobile pentium III's, there are times you want that fan to switch off! and using UD all the time it's on quite alot

I have the Compaq Armada M-700 laptop (PIII 850} and had to get the Speedstep driver from their webite just to get the full speed back again. I haven't had a single lockup or bluescreen with XP though.
I've been a beta tester for years for M$ and the XP program has been the smoothest of all of the OS's so far.

I had to upgrade the bios in the end, still get the odd trouble, would be nice to have control over speedstep like the old intel applet gave you

NT blue screens are way worse than 95 BSODs. They totally lock up your entire machine, but the 95 ones let you get out of them most of the time.
