how do i make it so only the cancer stuff is getting downloaded from the server?

Go into your profile ( where you configure devices ) and turn it off. Sorry I am not more specific, don't remmeber off the top of my head but it's in there under your profile.

Yeah in the "Prefernces" part of your UD Program. Then select "Modify Device Profile" or whatever it is.
