Ah... the unfortunate thing is I must have it for NS. It's for an Intranet and everyone is using NS.

try changing line #53 in the instructions to:
<a href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="smlegend ('$vars_config{CGIURL}/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=graemlin_list', 'graemlin', 'scrollbars,width=300,height=400,left=200,top=200');">$vars_wordlets{instant_graemlins}</a>
It might work, might break your forum and cause all your babies to be born nekkid
