Topics can be copied as many times as desired. Polls can also be copied. It's about time I updated this.  Just a simple port of my old hack for 6.3-6.5. It's been modified to work with 6.6 and upwards (hopefully), but it's only been tested on 6.7 so be vigilant. There are no additional features etc in this version because, to be honest, there are no other features to add. As always, comments, questions, flames much appreciated.

Would be nice if the copy would only allow copies to be made if the moderator was also a moderator of the receiving forum. Of course Admins would still be unrestricted.

So long as that was a "switch" (allow it to be the standard way or this way), otherwise this would give no point to moderators, you'd be better off with global moderators
