To sign up for one of our monthly contests. Deadlines for entry are Monday, August 26th, 11:59pm UBBDev time.

If you got a smoking hot-rod customized UBB™ forum then make sure to enter our Members Spotlight Contest , and show off your templates, graphics, colors and hack integration.

If you've got a solid community and rockin content, then make sure to enter our Content Rulez Contest .

Speaking of Contests...

We've added some great new custom avatars to recognize our past contest winners. Remember, you've got to be in it to win it! Past winners feel free to give a little reminder if we've forgotten to add your avatar. Also, as an added bonus, we are also offering a Special Avatar to every eligible entrant in our monthly contests. To claim your avatar, enter in either the Members Spotlight or Content Rulez contest. If you win, we'll upgrade to you a Contest Winner or Run'R'Up. If you lose, make sure to enter again the following month in order to keep your Contest Entrant avatar.

Wando continue to lead the pack as he recently picked up his Ruby Team UBBDev Haxxor Icon. This is an unbelieveable accomplishment...2.5 million points!!!! Of course, he'll have to double that to reach the next level...Diamond

The Rest of Team UBBDev Continues to rock as well...

We continue to be among the top teams in all statistical categories. Here is a quick recap:

• Members: Team UBBDev is #51 overall with 404 members, and #50 in active members with 378
• CPU Time: Team UBBDev is #55 overall with 133:304:03:26:06 (thats 133 years of CPU time. We were #29 based on yesterdays stats with 164:15:46:10. That is nearly 6 months of CPU time processed per day!
• Points: Team UBBDev is #51 overall with 14,881,973 points, and #28 with 60,814 points yesterday
• Results: Team UBBDev is #60 overall with 121,780 results returned, and #32 with 347 results yesterday

Once again proving that UBBDev is one of the hottest teams going and continues to gain ground on teams that started well before us!!! Thanks to everyone participating and those of you promoting their sub-team!

I like the avatar's a lot, but I didn't get mine.

Maybe I get 2.

We add by request for previous winners (before we started giving avatars), to see who's reading the news (no, actually we add by request because not everybody wants it... no, actually we add by request because we don't want to add it to about 100 users )... Also, I'm not sure if ex-winners without a UBB in the winning site still get an avatar, I'm asking now...

I don't see why not. Changing forum software doesn't erase my past with UBB.

We have decided that as it's a UBB support forum, we only give it if the forum stays a UBB - because it doesn't only mean that your site won the spotlight, it also means that your site still deserves to be a spotlight winner -> follows the rules of spotlight (which one of them is to have a UBB).

You still have your custom status tho...
