I've been a registered owner of UBB (3 license deal) for the past year and a half. That program was amazing in it's earliest versions and worked well for us until the load became hard on the servers.
I purchased and installed wwwthreads after looking at every forum option I could find. There are a few things that really stand out in this program.
1. Speed
2. Functionality (flat, threaded etc)
3. Customization options (This doesn't require brain surgery and your hacks aren't outmoded a week after you incorporate them)
4. SCREAM (Rick) He reminds me of Ted O'Neill in the early days. (be nice to him everyone, so he doesn't burn out or go too corporate on us... []/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/])
5. Community - Mature, helpful and friendly - absolutely top notch user group here. (Thanks for your help)
I don't regret the money I put into UBB but I do wish I had found wwwthreads sooner.
All in all, I am a very happy camper with wwwthreads. I plan to run more tests and if the board holds up, (as every indication shows it will!) I will be switching all of our boards to wwwthreads.
