what is the database name do they set? is it same as the login name?

It is hard to get answer from them.

I use them for several small accounts. Never had a problem, but don't really need much support myself for what I had been doing. Their email support is a tad slow. I sent two different mails on the 29th and just now got reply on the 2nd. I prefer within a few hours in 2001. Additional bandwidth is $7 per G. (: You get 6 G to start. I just hope that is enough. No setup fee bull excretement. They just recently revamped their whole website with new look; hopefully that is a sign that things are ok behind the scenes with all the shake outs in the hosting industry. I'm considering C I Host "unlimited bandwidth" I wonder if there is a catch. Nasty setup fee. Barrett

I used addr.com for about 6 months and finally had to switch to another host provider (cihost.com). The reason was that they overload the MySQL database and w3t coughs, hiccups and falls on its face. One of their tech support workers recommended that I find another server as they were not able to remedy the problem at that time. He did say however, that they were scheduled to add more database servers in the future, but gave no definite date. This was about 6 months ago.

Yes, Tech Support was always a bit slow. But I've found that to be true in most cases unfortunately. I got the best results via phone. []/testimages/icons/wink.gif[/]
