they have everything you need to get your site up in no time and wwwthreads going fast too costs is like $30 a month (which may be high not sure) but they support everything if you get the advanced package and it has a webpage to access it from I sent an email about the datadumper not being installed and they installed it for me in about 5 minutes and replied back immediately wish I did not get besthost1 tho cause I think they do not know what they are doing at all (it cost $240 per year)
