I want to upgrade to 5.1.4 from php 5.1.2b4 however the changedfiles log only lists upgrading from 5.1.2b5. ?? []/w3timages/icons/tongue.gif[/]

The changedfiles file was just started in the recent version. Basically from the beta versions you will probably need to do a full upgrade.
