Moderators of their own forums do not seem to be able
to edit other users faq. The following code should allow it:

if ($user[U_Status] == "Moderator") {
// Check if they moderate this board
$query = "
SELECT Mod_Board
FROM w3t_Moderators
WHERE Mod_Username = '$Username_q'
AND Mod_Board = '$Board_q'
";
$sth = $dbh -> do_query($query);
$rows = $dbh -> fetch_array($sth);
$dbh -> finish_sth($sth);
if ($rows[0]) {
$Viewable = "";
$ismod = "yes";
}
}

But as far as I can work out this condition isn't returning a
true result as expected.

What script is this bit of code from? I know this actually appears in several scripts but just want to know where this problem appears in.
