I just noticed this, at least in my 5.1.5php. Despite my current adjusted time being set to PST, for instance, the times in the Who's Online section are in the actual server time (which happens to be EST).

Any ideas on whether or not this is simply an oversight, or has been fixed in more recent releases?

I believe this has been fixed since then because the time offset is in the code now at least.

sorry for posting so often which questions and maybe with real bugs or probs....

We use PHP 5.3, hosted on a Server in the United States. Because our visitors are german speaking people, we adjusted the Forum time so that it shows Central European Time normaly. So far, so good - its runnig fine, everyone sees CET without changing time offset in his Profile - except the 'Who is online' - Screen.

This Screen shows Server-Time to everyone, registered users and unregistered Users.

taken from the Main Index:

taken from the 'Who is online' - Screen:

I wasn't able to find anything to fix this problem here in any board for php. The 'Who is online' Bugfix in the Bugfix-Board effects other things.......

Can you take a look at your online.php file, line 93 and 166 should look like this:

$Last = $html -> convert_time($Last,$user[U_TimeOffset]);

If the line numbers aren't exact they should be close unless you have made any major changes.

Ok, I checked it out just a few minutesago - both lines are identical to the line you posted in your answer....
